One of the most common complaints my patients have is hip pain or a “pinch” in the front of their hip at the bottom of their squat.
Just because you have tendon pain does not mean you have Tendinitis!
Blaming your disc injury on that last deadlift is like blaming your obesity on that last piece of chocolate cake.
When people feel knee pain, there can be a problem with the knee itself, but it is often the result of a hip or ankle problem. If the ankle or hip does not move properly or is unstable, there will be increased load put through the knee. As a result, the increased load will damage the knee joint.
